Picture Rock, 4-17-10

Note to self: it's always colder in the Needles, than in Rapid City. Picture Rock would have been a new climb for me, but I opted out. I felt like it was just too windy and cold to be fun. I hung out at the base with the Jack Russell terriers while Rob and Pat made their hasty ascents. It looked fun, in a chilly sort of way. It's easy to get to, close to the road not too far from the spires trailhead. I brought my camera and would love to share a picture, but the batteries were dead.
